How can I get a refund on an unused or only partially used ticket?

To request a refund on a ticket you haven't used, kindly reach out to for further assistance. 


Some tickets are not refundable once you’ve started your trip; there may be a cancellation charge, or just a portion of the fare can be refunded. Kindly contact our customer service team for us to check the cancellation charges and admin fee.
